Director / Lead UX Designer (User Experience)

Job Description

Do you live & breath UX design? Love delivering projects hands-on & leading a team of UX designers?

What you’ll bring:

***BA in Design or Similar Degree or Not
***7-12 years Visual UI Design or UX experience within web, mobile or software
***Current UX experience delivering software projects
***Current lead experience – you enjoy leading UX designers and seeing them develop & get great outcomes
***You’ll influence the UX team & approach across the company with regards tooling, design processes & UX best practice
***Experience of project planning & delivery of UX for software projects
***Get involved in client design meetings and work with devs, architects & Product Owners
***Drive a design-led approach across the company
