About the Role:
 
As a Team Leader you will be required to monitor your teams call quality, provide mentoring and coaching, manage service levels and be the go to person for between 15 – 18 remote customer support agents. 

Your role will include but not limited to: 
 
  • Conduct daily check ins,  weekly 1:1’s, monthly remote team catch ups
  • Implement and encourage best practice amongst your team
  • Ensure your agents are compliant and are meeting SLA’s
  • Work with your team to understand their personal and professional growth within the organisation
 
Reporting to the New Zealand Operations Manager, you will be someone who enjoys improving processes and be passionate about supporting your team to succeed!

You will thrive in a working from home environment and understand the importance of being able to build strong relationships with your team remotely!
 
About the Company:
 
Get the chance to work for a well-known New Zealand brand and manage a team of inbound customer care agents. Your time in this role will predominantly be focused on ensuring your team are engaged and providing real time coaching.
 
Other key things which are important to note:
  • 4th of May start
  • 40 hours a week – Work from home anywhere across Auckland
  • 9 month Fixed Term Contract assignment with the opportunity to extend

About You:
 
To be considered for this role, we look for someone who has previously managed an inbound and / or retention team. You will be passionate about being part of a team who is high performing and have a growth mindset!
 
You will also have:
 
  • Experience leading a Team, particularly within a Contact Centre
  • Comfortable providing real time coaching and feedback, as well as one on one support
  • Experience and strong understanding of managing teams remotely
  •  Experience working in a fast paced and agile work environment
  • Passion for technology 
 
This contact centre operates between Monday to Sunday 8:00am – 9:00pm on a roster rotational basis, therefore you must have the flexibility to work in these hours.
