Job Description

Technical Customer Service Representatives supports and responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

We run a contact centre on behalf of one of the world’s leading technology companies, helping their clients across New Zealand, Australia and beyond. We are adding more full-time inbound Customer Service Support Specialists to our telephone-based team to provide the supreme service and responsive assistance our clients customers.

At Concentrix, we choose to promote from within, with 95% of our leadership team starting their career as a Customer Support Advisor. 

As a customer support specialist for our technology client, you join our class of other new starters where you will be provided with 4 weeks of extensive fully paid training (Remote / Home Based due to Covid-19) You will need a stable internet connection at home. After you complete your training you will enter an 8 week nesting period. At this point you will begin taking inbound calls from our client’s customers and resolving technical issues over the phone.

During this time you will be closely supported and mentored by an experienced team member. Every call is a different person with a different need, so you will get to spend the best part of the day interacting with real people and being their hero. You also will receive ongoing coaching and up-skilling sessions from your performance coach and team leader to enable you to perfect your skills, so you are ready to build your career with us.

Happy to work on weekends and able to work on a rotating roster from 9am-9pm Monday – Sunday. Covid-19 May effect hours of operation
