The world wants our product and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Engineering to assist us with the growth and management of our talented development team, as well as being a strong contributor to the overall technology strategy of our business.

The role will involve but is not limited to:

• Leading the Engineering team to produce secure and scalable code
• Managing both inhouse and off-shore development resource efficiently
• Assisting with the technology roadmap and strategy
• Fostering a great culture with the engineering and wider team
• Mentoring team members with regular catch ups to ensure career progression
• Build upon the existing platform using HTML, CSS, Laravel & Vue.js
• Assist in the implementation of deployment procedures
• Participating in the Agile workflow throughout the entire Sprint cycle
