Flux Federation is a leading technology company known for creating software products and experiences for innovative energy retailers and their customers around the world. We’re a team of around 150 software evangelists based in Wellington, Auckland and Birmingham (UK).

Who we’re looking for

Flux is hunting for our first Product Marketing Manager to establish our suite of product brands globally. This is an exciting, greenfields opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious marketer who is passionate about growing great global companies from New Zealand. This role will be what you make it!

The Flux company brand is well known in our core market. A Product Marketing Manager is now needed to deep-dive into the market opportunity for each of our products; develop a strong brand and value proposition for them targeted at different buyers; and build a global community of users and advocates. 

As well as being a brand and marketing genius, able to turn your hand to both the strategic and the creative, successful applicants will also be a masterful relationship builder and collaborator. The role will work with teams in all three of our offices, across our clients, and with our business partners in existing and new markets. 

You will need to be open to periods of international travel (when normal travel conditions return!), and will often work remotely so proficiency in modern productivity tools and self-discipline are essential.
